PEACE IBEKWE ABDULLAH NOW AIG
Peace Ibekwe Abdallah is promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police. She was promoted as commissioner of Police last year August in the monitoring unit force headquarters Abuja.
Until her recent promotion, she was commissioner of police in Ebonyi State.
Peace Ibekwe Abdallah was born on April 7 1963 in Onitsha, Anambra state.
Interestingly, her late father Mike Ibekwe was a police officer.
She joined the Nigerian Police Force 29 years ago as Cadet ASP.
She is married to a gentleman from Yobe State.
Congratulations to the new Assistant Inspector General of police. I look forward to seeing my gender become the Inspector General of Police.
