I call her the gifted hands. Skilled hands that mould and construct fascinating cakes that delights the eyes from the vast pool of creativity.

Her cakes are exclusive work of art, the perfection of ambrosia, truly meant for royalty.

She is skilled hands and nurtured talent that has shot into limelight and to the top in the baking industry.

She is a standard measured with, and a great force reckoned with in the baking world.

Fondly called Toyin by her friends, her love and talent sprouted from her Aunt who loved baking. Ironically, while Toyin took after her Aunt, her Aunt’s daughter took after Toyin’s mother in event management and both cousins are very successful in their chosen careers.

Toyin’s zeal, zest and zinc for baking her cakes is colourful , unique and so breathe taking. Her uniqueness makes you wonder at the artistry, and her finished works are excellent and alluring.

From Ogori, in Ogori/Magongo Local Government of Kogi State, Oluwatoyin Ashake Aiyegbusi Iyela was born to the family of a retired Police officer, John and a successful businessperson, Dorcas Aiyegbusi as the fourth Child and first daughter in the family of six children.

She attended the prestigious St Claire’s Anglican School Offa and finished at the Elitist Queen Elizabeth School, Ilorin both in Kwara State.

She then proceeded to Advanced Teachers College, Zaria and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Education from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Kaduna State.

Toyin dropped her certificate to pursue her dream of baking cakes. Although she has been travelling abroad on summer holidays growing up with her parents, her baking skills have taken her far beyond the shores of Nigeria due to the huge demand for her cakes.

Toyin caters for Celebrities and dignitaries; she is in such a hot demand that she is booked throughout the year and into the following year. Even though she has adjustable schedule to fit in customers/clients who request last minute delivery of cakes for weddings and Birthdays, she is the preferred choice and never an alternative because she has never disappointed her clients within and outside Nigeria.

Toyin is a doting mother of two sons. Babajide, the elder son graduated from Oxford brooks University in UK and has a Masters degree from Canada, and a daughter she fondly calls her rainbow. Naturally, during Babajide’s wedding, Toyin baked the spectacular wedding cake.

Toyin is the CEO of Divine Heritage Bakers World, the celebrity outfit in Kaduna that caters for those who love richness, quality and class.
